ServiceMaster Downtown Commercial

FAQS

Got Questions? We've Got Answers!

Welcome to our FAQ’s page where you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions.

  • What Does Your Business Do?

We clean and maintain floors, because when you do – they last longer, look nicer, and improve indoor air quality – we think those are good things and we have built a business model around it.

  • What areas do you service?

Our focus is Cobb, Fulton & Cherokee counties. However, we can assist you anywhere in metro Atlanta.

  • What makes you a green business?

Everyone is green lately. So much so that ‘greenwash’ has become a term for businesses promoting green inititives without actually doing much.

Here is what we currently offer you to green your cleaning:

Dry carpet cleaning – Cleaning compound made from plants, reduces water use during cleaning.

Wet carpet cleaning – ServiceMaster line of green carpet pre-sprays, additives and spotters.

Concrete polishing – Polishing pads requiring only water – no harsh chemicals.

  • How can I contact you?

We like the phone 678.766.0909. Email works as well. info@smdc-atl.com

  • Will you clean my residential carpets and floors?

While our focus is commerial we recieve many requests for residential carpet and floor cleaning and thus have setup a fulltime crew to handle these requests. We do not run a ‘bait and switch’ operation so you will not recieve a ‘whole house special for $99’ offer from us. What you will get is an appointment to have a Clean Trust certified technician come out to your house, evaluate your needs and give you an upfront complete price to preform the work. If you’re a commercial customer of ours we might be able to offer you a discount for trying us out at your home 🙂

  • What credit cards do you accept?

    We accept all credit cards.

  • My carpeting is new, shouldn’t I wait to call you when its dirty?

When new carpeting is visibly dirty you probably waited to long. Check the specifications from your carpet manufacturer (or better yet have us) you will probably find that they recommend setting up a maintenance plan and cleaning your carpet as soon as its installed. You paid a lot of money for it make it last. But, don’t take our word for it. See what Shaw, a major carpet manufacturer recommends http://www.shawcontractgroup.com/Html/PerformanceMaintenance
